Methodology Study Of The Parts Efficiency Verification Based On Bill Of Materials

This paper introduced the advantages and shortcomings of the work order verification logic in current manufacturing execution system,focus on the issue of this verification,analyzed the related business scenarios and requirements one by one,prompted an improved logic and wrote the codes for testing,later then applied this improved logic to production environment.Based on the detailed analysis of business scenarios and requirements,I summarized three business model and provided solution for each of them.After advanced analysis I found two of the scen arios could be able to achieved by deviation functionality,for other one scenario,the improved logic just need to do a few modification on database table and coding,it will be have enough flexibility to meet the requirements.From the conclusion of the testing,my improved logic could be able to meet the complex business environment and effectively support the inventory reduction,meet customer special requirements under related business processes cooperation.
