With the rapid development of e-commerce in China,the demand for the logistics industry is getting higher and higher.So,the E-commerce logistics came into being.The storage system as the basis of E-commerce logistics,decides whether to complete the capital flow,information flow and business flow perfectly.How to operate the storage system of Ecommerce logistics,the operating process is undoubtedly very critical in it.The development of logistics system simulation technology provides a very effective method for the optimization design of E-commerce logistics storage system.With the help of computer technology,Flexsim can set up the model according to the reality of data in the warehouse,we can analyze the simulation results and optimize the bottleneck problem through the simulation run,so as to improve the unreasonable problem in the operation of the E-commerce logistics storage system.And next,comparing and analyzing the results before and after optimization,to determine the appropriate solution,and ultimately improving the efficiency of the entire storage system.In this paper,we take Jinan Beizan Ecommerce Ltd as the object of study,it is a relatively successful small e-commerce enterprises in Ji'nan with a certain degree of typicality.In order to meet the increasing volume of orders,Beizan company rented a 500 square meters of warehouse,and equipped with related storage equipment in Qihe park of Shandong International Logistics Group.In order to improve the operating efficiency of E-commerce logistics storage system of Beizan company,and ensure the smooth operation in the future,we analyze the operation process and warehouse layout of Beizan storage system firstly.Then,building simulation model to its storage system by using Flexsim,finding the bottleneck problem of operation process of Beizan E-commerce logistics storage system by analyzing the simulation results,and analyze the possible reasons and put forward the corresponding solutions.Finally,the optimized simulation model is established and the results are compared with the previous ones to verify the rationality of the optimization scheme.This paper can not only provide a reference for the optimization of the operation flow of Beizan E-commerce logistics storage system,but also provide reference for other small ecommerce enterprises in the future to establish or optimize the storage system operation flow.
