With the diversity of customer needs and market changes,the total investment in freight transport and warehousing and distribution has increased year by year,and higher requirements have been put forward for the safety and timeliness of goods,and the development of its third-party logistics has played an important role.The transfer field is an important node in the circulation field of third-party logistics companies.Sorting is an important part of the entire logistics activities in the transfer field.The efficient operation of the sorting operation system directly affects the efficient operation.It is the enterprise to ensure the safety of goods and improve the quality of service.,The key to achieving long-term development.T logistics company is a third-party logistics company that provides cargo transportation,warehousing and distribution.It mainly receives various types of goods from Handan City and surrounding districts,such as auto parts,building materials and daily necessities.This paper takes the work process in the sorting system of T company's transit yard as the research object,and establishes a simulation model on the basis of its sorting status.Research and simulation process,we found that the transit field sorting work process there is a low level of information,manual operation volume,customer waiting in line for a long time,lost pieces of cargo and frequent breakage and other issues.Proposed optimization program through the introduction of RFID radio frequency technology and automation equipment,personnel and other measures reasonable amount of work allocation and use Flexsim sorting system theory and simulation modeling.Flexsim sequencing uses simulation software to optimize the operating system before and after the simulation,and compares and analyzes its running results to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the optimization scheme.Put forward corresponding safeguard measures,optimize the implementation plan,and make T's transfer yard sorting system achieve the best effect.
