| The popularization of the Internet provides development opportunities for ecommerce enterprises,and the rapid development of e-commerce enterprises promotes the modernization of the logistics industry.The logistics center is the product of the logistics modernization process.A logistics center with a reasonable operation process and facility layout can not only improve the overall operation efficiency of the logistics center and reduce logistics costs,but also be of great significance in improving customer satisfaction and enhancing enterprise competitiveness.The rapid development of e-commerce,logistics distribution and other industries has brought unprecedented opportunities and challenges to the development of the logistics industry.As a key component of the logistics system,warehousing management has become the focus of enterprises.In the "logistics wave",the emergence of the logistics center conforms to the trend of the times and has become a product of social and economic development.At the same time,the logistics center has a strong transit and distribution function,which can integrate business flow,logistics,capital flow and information flow,and focuses on realizing the systematization and efficiency of logistics and reducing the logistics cost To work.Therefore,how to realize the efficient operation of the logistics center has become the focus of the enterprise.The logistics center is in a pivotal position,with relatively complete logistics links.It is a network node with integrated operation of cargo distribution,information and control and other functions.Warehouse is the foundation of the logistics center.With the development of modern warehousing industry,warehousing management has become the core link in the logistics field.warehousing is no longer just used for the storage of goods,but a dynamic process that includes goods storage,information processing,loading,unloading and handling,circulation processing and other business activities.In the modern logistics industry,the level of warehousing management is the decisive factor for the operation efficiency of the logistics center.The improvement of the warehousing management level of the logistics center is of great significance for enterprises to reduce logistics costs.Therefore,the scientific operation process and reasonable facility layout are the key factors for the efficient operation of the logistics center warehouse system.The emergence of logistics simulation technology provides new ideas for solving a series of problems in the logistics field.The simulation software uses computer simulation practice activities to observe the simulation operation process,output simulation results for research and analysis,and verify the optimization scheme.Combined with the internship experience of Company M’s logistics center,this paper takes the No.1 warehouse of Company M’s logistics center as the research object,uses layout and process optimization methods and simulation to realize the combination of static and dynamic,and conducts research on the main problems affecting the overall operation efficiency of the warehouse-the warehouse operation process and the layout of facilities.First of all,the domestic and foreign research status of warehouse operation process,layout optimization and simulation software is introduced,and relevant research theories and methods are expounded.Secondly,the logistics center of Company M is introduced,and the operation process and facility layout of warehouse No.1 of Company M’s logistics center are introduced in detail,so as to provide support for the simulation and modeling of the future.Thirdly,in terms of warehouse layout,the SLP method is used to analyze and optimize the No.1 warehouse;in terms of the inbound and outbound operation process,the problems in the inbound and outbound process are analyzed based on the ASME method,and then the ESIA method is used to clear,simplify,integrate and automate the process analysis,which improves The operation efficiency of the entire entry and exit process of No.1 warehouse.Finally,on this basis,establish a warehouse simulation model,run the model and analyze the simulation results,find the existing problems,analyze the causes,adjust the relevant entity parameters and facility layout,compare and analyze,find the optimization scheme,compare and analyze the simulation results,and verify the rationality of the scheme.Finally,it eliminates the bottleneck of the backlog of goods,alleviates the high-intensity work of the equipment on the shelves,improves the utilization rate of operators and equipment,reduces the handling distance of manual materials,accelerates the delivery speed of goods,and provides reference for improving the overall operation efficiency of the warehouse. |
