Simulation And Optimization Research Of In-OUT Storage Operation System Process

Warehousing system is an important part of logistics system. It is very important to studythe IN-OUT storage operation system process for improving the efficiency of the overallsystem. Combining with the time background, the research object of this thesis is located instorage areas and is tried from two points of view that contain warehousing system andsystem simulation to summarize the literature review, also the study of the IN-OUT StorageOperation System Process is based on it.This article takes ZZ enterprise as the research example object. Based on the logisticssimulation tool which named Flexsim, this article analyzes the IN-OUT storage operationsystem process of ZZ warehouse in details and also builds the models of the IN-OUT each. Inthe process of setting physical parameters, this thesis introduces the key process for datadistribution fitting. The successful combination of EasyFit and Flexsim promotes the accurateand scientific of the process fitting.Through combining the actual situation and on the basis ofdetailed analysis of the warehouse operation, this article builds two simulation modelsrespectively. Through running the two models, modifying the parameters and analyzingcomprehensive statistics charts, this article aims at optimizing process and providing thepolicy guidance and offering advice. In order to save cost and improve the operationefficiency of the system, also further to promote the study of warehouse operation, enrich theresearch achievements, which has some reference value and practical significance.
