China is the most populous country in the world,increasing demand for agricultural products has continued to rise.Transformation of the mode of agricultural production,agricultural modernization,agricultural automation,agricultural informationization and agricultural intelligence are the way to improve the efficiency of agricultural production,the crop quality and the yield.designing of intelligent control model by studying on the characteristics of growth stage of crop,and studying the intelligent reconfiguration for the factory farming,which plays an important role in improving crop yield and quality,crops could grow in the best condition.It will promote the model of agriculture in China,and meet the increasing needs of the people.In this paper,by studying on the general layout,the greenhouse environment characteristics of the factory farming,the correlation between crops and environmental factors,and the correlation between environmental factors,it has chosen the test parameters and control parameters,designed the factory farming environment measurement and control system,and built a monitoring system based on PC + PLC.By studying on the intelligent control technology,and intelligent reconfiguration technology research for greenhouse environment factors,the fuzzy control technology for the different season of air temperature and humidity fuzzy control technology was designed.To calculate with the Matlab software,the fuzzy control table was established for different seasons;Based on multiple model control technology,the system performance tolerance calculation formula,the implementation process of intelligent control model,and different season model switching scheduling mechanism were designed.The PLC control system was designed.For one of the wintering greenhouse in the slave station,The German Siemens S7-300 was chosen as controller,and the hardware was designed,including module selection,I/O module design and hardware configuration,etc;The PLC program was designed,include studying on the multiple model switching stratege and the engineering implementation method of intelligent control for each season,and compiling fuzzy decision table,and the corresponding control program.With Siemens WinCC configuration software,the factory farming environment monitoring software is developed.Designing the main interface of monitoring greenhouse operation station for the salve station,parameter Settings,etc.Through debugging results show the real-time operation and monitoring system of the environment for the production of factory farming of crops was accomplished,including the function of user management,alarm and parameter setting,etc.
