Environmental Monitoring Based On The Internet Of Things In Smarter Factory

Internet of Things is a huge virtual network based on wireless communication, wireless sensor networks and Radio frequency identification technology which combine the large amounts of things with Internet. The Internet of Things has broad application prospects in industrial automation, daily life, environmental monitoring, military, medical care and other fields. Wireless sensor network perceives the environment information and send the information to other nodes by wireless communication. Using wireless sensor network achieve the environmental data monitoring purpose in network coverage area.A complete smarter factory environmental monitoring system has been designed and completed, through the research on the Internet of Things and Wireless sensor network, which collect and analysis environment information in order to giving early-warning for fire and flood in the paper. For monitoring the environment requirements, system design is divided into two layers:wireless sensor network layer and management information system application layer. A Collaboration-aware Data Fusion mechanism based on group-discussion and certification is presented in the wireless sensor network layer design. The demonstration analysis and simulation results show that:the mechanism can effectively improve the accuracy of the sensor network monitoring and prevent spyware node invasion and destruction. Management information system application layer design a data analysis and warning platform.The system developed on TinyOS embedded operating system and Java EE development platform, which meet the system requirements and achieve the desired goal. System has been successfully run on the Pacific Cable Co., Ltd. Shandong, stable and reliable. The groups certificate mechanism ensure security of wireless sensor networks. It has a certain practical and wide range of applications.
