With the continuous development of electronic technology,pigsty enviromental control system become more and more intellectualized.In this dissertation,a CAN bus based field level monitor and control system was development for the pigsty enviroment.The primary factors affecting the pigsty enviroment were analyzed and corresponding control systemand implementing mechanisms were studied.Then three kinds intelligent CAN bus nods,including analog signal collection,digital signal collection and on-off control ones,were developed using the modular design method.In all,the field level pigsty monitor and control system comprises a Computer,CAN interlace cards,intelligent CAN bus nods and some other sensors.The system adopted the CAN bus method to realize the communication between the Computer and intelligent CAN bus nods.The communication protocol,together with the communication program module including CAN module initialization,CAN data reception and tansmission,was designed based on the frame structure using CAN2.0A standard.In the system,the Computer takes the initiative role in controlling pigsty enviroment by sending commands to the intelligent CAN nodes for data collection and other operations.According to the environmental characteristics of the pigsty,the fuzzy control method was used in the system as the control strategy.Based on the analysis of the inputs,outputs and the control rulesof the pigsty enviroment, a fuzzy controller was designed for the control system.The whole system which is used in Zhenjiang Xima Breading Husbandry Co.,Ltd.clear that it has friendly interface, convenient operation and comprehensive function.This system not only enhance the stability of testing processand improve the condition of environment in the piggery,but also reduce the operating cost and have perfect prospect for promotion.
