With the advancement of modern industry,the domestic various factories and companies have been on the rise,which involves the growth of the product of combustible gas and toxic or harmful gases.With the rapid growth of these products,the risks of their storage are also rising,some may bring direct or indirect damage to people's living and working environment,increase the safety hidden danger of relevant factories.Therefore,it is very necessary to monitor the storage environment of these product.The aim of the article is to monitor the storage warehouse for electric storage battery.Based on a short-distance wireless network communication technology-ZigBee,we design a set of environmental monitoring system of warehouse.To closely monitor the storage warehouse of electric storage battery,the system completes the design of terminal node,router and coordinator based on the ZigBee module CC2530,and constructs a small wireless sensor network based on the ZigBee protocol,so that the monitoring data of terminal node is finally transmitted to the coordinator.The coordinator communicates with the upper computer through serial port upload,and transmits the monitored environmental data to the upper computer in time,which is then processed by the upper computer system and presented to the manager,so that the manager can clearly grasp the environmental parameters and whether there is any abnormal alarm,so as to make timely response measures.We firstly analyzes and demonstrates the design background,significance and current research status of this study,then introduces ZigBee wireless sensor network technology and its advantages,and describes the functions,work flow and networking types of each layer in the network structure and protocol specification in detail.Finally,according to the design requirements of the project,the overall design scheme of the system is proposed.Based on the design scheme,the hardware circuit is built,software programming is carried out,and the monitoring function of the environment is realized.The hardware structure of the system can be divided into two parts: wireless sensor network and data acquisition module.The signal wireless transmission network is built through the wireless network module which is designed with Zigbee module CC2530 as the core.Through a variety of sensor,sensor-based environmental data acquisition module monitors relevant environmental information and converts the data into electrical signal.The sensor SHT11 collects temperature and humidity,and MQ-2 sensor for gas data acquisition.These two parts complete the data transmission and collection functions respectively,meet the target function.After the system is implemented,its functions are verified,mainly including network networking monitoring,wireless transmission reliability,temperature and humidity environmental parameter monitoring and gas abnormal state alarm function.Our results show that the function and performance of the system meet the design requirements.
