The Design And Implements Of The Case Management System In Procuratorial Organs

The office automation information system of government has revolutionized our way of management and working styles,which are gaining credibility as a way of government management.Procuratorial organ,as the organ of national legal supervision,needs to dealt with an increasing number of cases every year,which involve multiple areas and factors.Thus,these changes have impose enormous strength on prosecution staff.How to improve the efficiency of handling cases has become a crucial issue.We designed and implemented an case management system for procuratorial organs to solve the above problems.Firstly,in our work,we focus on the new present situations of case management and find out the existing problems and differences,and then built the business model of system using Use-Case and Use-Case analysis based on object-oriented analysis and design method.Secondly,we constructed the overall architecture and function design based on multi-tie architecture.The system was divided into four core modules including case information management,case processing,electronic case document management and case retrieval.Then,we described the access patterns and interactive mode between modules and completed the design of each model's function and the relationship between them using Class Diagram,flow chart and Sequence diagram.We describes the relationship between roles and entities using E-R diagram.Finally,we constructed the system based on Struts framework,and multiple screenshots and critical codes were used to describe the implementation of system.In general,the practical application indicates that case management system enhances the efficiency and accuracy of case processing,and makes case materials easy to obtain for managers.This system provides a more reliable basis for the managers' decision making.The overall function of the system receives approbation of the colleagues and leaders.
