Research And Analysis On The Business Management System Of Adult Education Students In Huizhou University

Huizhou University Department of Chinese adult education consists of several teaching sections, the region of the sections is relatively dispersed, adult education lessons are generally scheduled for the weekend intensive classes and exams; students are generally more dispersed, inform students to register, participate the exams, attend the class, hand in some files, present papers, all these are e a tedious and important job; which also includes photographic inform students, assignments, including to provide inquiry service of students’personal information, grades of the courses and tuition. At present, Huizhou University all teaching sections are using relatively backward way to deal with the business, work efficiency is relatively low, and it is difficult to form accurate text information, this leads to some faults of the information. Thus, It brings lots of inconvenience to the students, teachers, teaching sections and Huizhou University Department of Chinese adult education administration. In order to make Huizhou University Department of Chinese students in adult education business management more standardized, systematization, procedural, the management system is divided into seven modules research and analysis, including notification management, school management, teaching schedule management, performance management, tuition management, paper management and system management.The paper introduces the research background, the project significance and problems outline of the Huizhou University Department of Chinese students in adult education business management system. In business analysis, the problem of the system are analyzed, the organization structure are given, the original business processes are analyzed too. Furthermore, the forms of every business are changed; in functional analysis, by using case-analysis and case-descriptions method, a clear function of the system is given. And also the overall function package diagrams and sub-function package diagram of the system are given, it include such sub-package diagram as notify management of adult education, student enrollment registration management, job arrangement management, make-up rehabilitation schedule management,tuition management, thesis work management, and system management;, In data analysis, the paper analyze the processing data for every system functions, put forward the concept of system class diagram, analyze the thumbnail, describe each thumbnail in detail, points out that each role can be set and operate in the interface; On the basis of analyzing the thumbnail,entity class diagram is given, and the relationship between each entity class is described; According to the design of the entity class diagram, this paper gives the corresponding database table, and gives the descriptions of the setting method of the home key and abroad key of the database table. Finally, the research and analysis work are summarized, the existing problems are pointed out, and a suggestion for further research are put forward.
