Research And Development Of The Education And Teaching Management System Based On Distance Education

To develop the system of distance education and educational management is ansignificant part to build modern long distance education. It can not only provide a real learningenvironment for the teachers and students which in dispersed regions to break the constraintsof time and space and share the educational resource, but also can provide a efficient tool forteaching management to improve work efficiency. This article based on the practice of adulthigher education in Xi’an Shiyou University and gives full consideration of teaching andmanagement needs in all aspects of school, to proposed and researched the distance educationand teaching management system.This article mainly researched the process of analysis, designation and realization of thesystem. First, it described the research background and significants. Second, introduced therelevant technology to enforce the system and put forward the framework and structure whichdeveloped the system. Third, from the actual demand, carried on division to the users of thesystem, analyzed the various functional modules and processes involved in the system, givenconcrete design methods to the modules. Fourth, carried on detailed design to the database ofthe system, put forward the data table structure and its logic relation. Last, used PHP andMySQL technology to realize the interface and main function module of the system andcarried on software testing.The system this article researched, generally reflected the teaching and teachingmanagement requirement in the process of distance education, realized the correspondingfunctions in module. The design of this system is reasonable and easy to be operated. It canprovide good teaching support and improve teaching management efficiency.
