Analysis And Research On Distance Education Management System Of Rural Party Members And Cadres In Xuanwei City

This paper has briefly reviewed the revolution and current situation of the distance education for party cadres in the countryside in our country and provides analysis on the challenges and opportunities in this respect. With analyzing the status quo of the distance education for party cadres in rural area of Xuanwei City, it gives a systemic analysis on the project in this city with the method and ideas of object oriented development of software engineering and proposes an upgraded management system. The system includes basic information management, learning resource and planning management, appraisal management and comprehensive application system constituted of system management of grass-root party organization and cadre. This paper has further gone into the business analysis, function analysis and data analysis on seven major functional sub-systems, and drawn out corresponding flow chart, use case diagram, feature pack chart and thumbnail view, which would build up foundation for the further development of software and application system.At the end, based on field survey and questionnaire analysis, it proposes specific and constructional solutions and suggestions on how to strengthen and improve the distance education for party cadres in rural area of Xuanwei City.
