Over the years,with the rapid development of information technology and communication technology,the construction of fire information in our country has achieved fruitful results.But in many enterprises of our country,the information construction of the full time fire station is still relatively backward,and the full time fire department of the enterprise has become the "information island",which is difficult to integrate and the information is difficult to be shared.The lack of full time fire station information construction of the existing enterprise has led to the decline of the overall combat effectiveness of fire fighting enterprises in our country.Therefore,many enterprises urgently need to build a special fire information management system.Human resource management is the core of enterprise full time fire station information construction,and it is the guarantee of improving the overall combat effectiveness of the enterprise.This article from the enterprise full-time fire station daily work,personal information management and information construction of the overall demand analysis,focusing on enterprise human resource management model of full-time fire station(including business model,function model and data model)and the application of decision tree in human resource management.This paper first introduces the related research and application of human resource management at home and abroad,and then from the details of the business process of the enterprise human resources management system needs a full-time fire station was constructed using UML analysis,use case diagram,sequence diagram and class diagram of object oriented analysis and design method;this paper from the overall design of the system structure and function module design and database design of the system architecture for the detailed design,construction of the enterprise human resources management model of full-time fire station,and the research and design of the application of decision tree algorithm in human resources management;finally this paper uses the WABACUS framework to the system architecture,and use the technology of encapsulation and data persistence layer framework for architecture the underlying data;including the realization of the core function module of personnel management and online learning and examination system,and Test and verify the function of the system.The design and implementation of the human resource management system of the full time fire station of the enterprise adopts the more mature development platform and data management system,which reduces the development cost of the enterprise.The system has a strong versatility and practicality,easy to operate,user-friendly,easy to use,easy to use,easy to promote.
