The high speed development of information technology brings us a new mentality inbusiness administration that is the information management system. With that system, thecompany can save human recourse, reduce manufacturing costs, improve customer serviceand avoid man-made error. Nowadays, the communication industry has become one of thehottest industries in China. The communication industry accelerates a large number ofbase stations. Millions of base stations widely distributed in every corner especially hardlyenvironment. Manage those base stations by human would arouse time and laboriouswaste, the result was not ideal. But the more and more uses call for not only the quantitybut also the quality of communication service. Thus, how to improve management abilityof the base stations has became a very important topic to our operators.This essay designs a base station information management system to help manage thebase stations. At the begging, we analyze the functional and non-functional demands.From the demands, we make sure which functions the system should realize. Somemodules are divided according to those functions, they are: users’ login module, personalinformation management module, base station management module, base station querymodule, users’ information management module and power management module.
