The core of competition in the modern market economy is competition from dominant forces,which have the opportunity to compete and take the initiative.Likewise,banks can optimize the use of labor.work,take full advantage of creativity,use human capital most efficiently,maximize profits and improve the competitiveness of banks in the market.Therefore,effective personnel management is particularly important for bank management.The content of this research is as follows:Analyzing the status quo of bank human resource management,it is found that in the process of bank human resource management,there are still problems such as lack of timeliness in data statistics and inability to centralize analysis of human resource decision-making.This is important for the intelligent and informatized development of bank human resources.Such aspects will have a direct impact.Based on this,in the analysis of the functional requirements of the bank's human resource management system,the basic information management function,personnel recruitment function,training management function,performance appraisal management function,attendance management function,personnel transfer management function,etc.are the center,so as to clarify The functional design direction of the bank's human resource management system.Based on,As a web technology,on the basis of B / S structure and SQL database,personnel management requirements in various fields are developed,During the recruitment process,Through the artificial intelligence recruitment plan,suitable candidates will be arranged in written,oral or interview;To improve the speed of performance appraisal,managers can make wise decisions based on the Final Job evaluation result,to motivate the staff on duty,Employees are more willing to work,for Employees bring more benefits to the bank.based on the results of scientific meetings and paying bonuses to workers accordingly Employee performance appraisal is supported by training and team management,as well as site requirements in Key Personnel Information.Due to the emergence of a closed management mode in various functional elements,the staff is constantly improving: the staff management of the Bank is at the highest level.Promote the construction of smart bank and smart operation,and make the network successfully transform from traditional mode to light structure.The evaluation of the systematic analysis of this problem shows that the data evaluation and the information processing are useful for the data analysis and the improvement of the management quality in the personnel management system.When the concurrent volume reaches 1000 people,the CPU is 58.17%,and the system response is 1.18 s,is the rapid management and analysis of data in personnel management.It will be able to meet the Bank's functional requirements in personnel management.
