With the increasing degree of information technology in electric power industry,business processes and system integration among subsystems are gradually improving in electric power industry.How to effectively improve efficiency of electric power management system and electric power capital construction management is particularly important and it has become a growing concern for various electric power companies.At present,electric power management system generally use earlier design pattern of C/S architecture,and coupling degree of business processes between various systems is relatively high,thus the system has a larger business risk and data risk.So how to design and implement a high-quality electric power management information system has become an urgent affair in each electric power company.Electric power capital construction management system can effectively optimize business processes and establish standardized project management system,and this has made an important step towards the information and refine imposed by electric power company.In this paper,background of the system is discussed in detail firstly,according to the system research background and current situation at home and abroad,the paper analyzes the current problems of electric power capital construction management information system.The paper also put forward the solution of electric power capital construction management information system based on JBPM workflow technology.First,the system adopts enterprise architecture based J2EE,and it is a three-layer architecture,which involves user layer,business logic layer and data access layer.Every layer deals with own business logic,so that coupling between systems is reducing and each layer plays an important role,furthermore the efficiency of the system is remarkably improved.Secondly,the foreground of the system development mainly use hibernate style to design and implement.Front interface uses HTML and JavaScript language to develop,the user's request is sent to the specific business logic by the way of package interface.The request of users will be satisfied by loading a pre-defined workflow.When data access layer receives request,it will use parser to judge the request sent by the user,so as to realize the user operation.Because of the high requirements for data,the system uses ORACLE11G as data storage,so as to improve the safety of the data and the overall stability of the system.At last,the paper tests the overall function of the system by using suitable test cases.The system mainly includes project management,safety management,quality management and other modules,each module also includes many sub-modules.By reducing user rights to control risks and incorrect data caused by system error operation.Through practical proof,the system meet the requirements in the respect of system analysis and system design.Because the system has been used in the actual production environment,according to the actual practice,the system can well meet the demand.At the same time,the system also verified the workflow based JBPM and J2EE architecture.
