The fund management system of China's insurance companies generally takes business and service as the core,and the management and financing of funds as the basic characteristics.At the same time,it should be noted that the current fund management model has the disadvantages of low efficiency of fund estimation,backward reconciliation,and backwardness of fund management concepts and means.It is unable to fully adapt to the current growing number of customers,showing the characteristics of confused account management.In order to solve the various shortcomings of insurance companies in fund management and establish an efficient and feasible fund management mechanism,it is necessary to carry out the design and implementation of the insurance company's fund management system.In the requirements analysis of the system,the role of the participating system and the representative business process are analyzed based on the overview of requirements.Then,in the functional requirements analysis link,the capital business,receipt and payment and other modules are analyzed in depth,and the non-functional requirements are explained.Technology selection is an important part of system development.According to the business characteristics of such systems,MVC model,SSH framework,Oracle database and other technical models can be adopted,and architecture models can be designed respectively according to technology,deployment environment and other factors.Carry out detailed design tasks according to the modules set in the demand analysis,and construct class diagram,sequence diagram and other results;Then summarize the data table elements of the system and design the database structure.Implement tasks according to the design results,use various front-end technologies to form operable pages based on the requirements obtained from the analysis,and use page elements to elaborate the realization results of each business module.After that,the test work should be carried out to comprehensively verify the system,which should cover functional and non-functional aspects.Fund business management,fund collection and payment management,fund risk management,and fund interface management are the main modules of the insurance company's fund management system.Fund business management mainly realize functions of account management,plan management,project management and control Fund risk management mainly realize functions of fund and transaction monitoring,approval flow and report management and fund analysis.By fund application,payment confirmation and fund settlement,fund collection and payment management mainly realize functions of management of settlement,insurance collection and payment and orders,while completing functions such as the account collection,voucher management,bank reconciliation,and fund destination management.The main functions of fund interface management are the interface management of vouchers,e-mails,banking systems,and insurance collection and paymentThe application of the system provides a convenient means for the insurance company to monitor the dynamic flow of company funds in real time,which can effectively ensure the compliance and legal use of company funds.Insurance companies can timely lock down the risk factors existing in the operation of funds and propose solutions,consequently enhancing the awareness of the staffs financial risk prevention.In addition,on the basis of optimizing the company fund management process,it provides a richer basis for management's analysis and decision-making,and fully adapts to the growing number of company customers.
