In twenty-first Century,financial markets are more volatile than ever before,with the characteristics of volatility,complexity,nonlinearity and uncertainty.Globalization has intensified the volatility of the financial market,which makes the survival competition more fierce.And the risk of financial assets is increasing.Banks must adapt to the market environment with the times by various business strategies and financial innovation.So that Liaoning Rural Credit Cooperatives will trans form the risk asset management model from the"plan driven" to the "value creation" will help to improve their management and competitiveness.At the same time it will achieve the ultimate recovery of risk assets.The thesis firstly describes the system of the research background and source and the present situation of the domestic and foreign research of risk asset management system and introduction of related technologies.According to the characteristics of Liaoning Rural Credit Cooperatives bank system,it is focused on the analysis of business needs and functional requirements.And it is used UML use case diagram for the system static modeling.Then on the basis of this need analysis,the design of the system is carried out by MVC layering idea.And the detailed design and implementation of the system is described.And the system is divided into 9 sub modules.They are the my home pagemodule,Bad credit asset management module,bad credit assets daily processing module,foreclosed assets daily processing module,deposit account to close the case daily processing module,non-performing assets disposal Rmodule,management module of legal affairs,ledger query module and system management module.And theneach function module is described in detail,and a part of the E-R diagram of database design and database tables is given at last.In the part of system implementation,it introduces in detail the functional implementation module.And through the testing of the system,its function and performance are evaluated.Finally,the system traits and deficiencies are summarized,and next tasks are pointed out.The system is based on J2EE platform,B/S architecture model and the Oraclellg database.And it is designed to complete by workflow,Ajax,SSH framework,and other technologies to design.The deployment environment of this system supports mainstream UNIX/Linux/Windows systems,accessing client operating system supports browser IE6.0 or above,Firefox 2.0 or above and all common browsers.
