The Design And Implementation Of Duty Log System For Beijing Capital Airport

In order to improve the efficiency of command and coordination and the quality of information transfer, create a good atmosphere of communication, and further improve airport running guarantee capability, Beijing Capital International Airport proposed the construction of Beijing Capital Airport duty log system, aiming at achieving production information flow and sharing of all departments and providing supports for business analysis of all layers of users with IE. After good communication, design and implementation of Beijing Capital International Airport duty log system was decided to be led by the ministry of information technology.The system used object-oriented design method, Browser/Server architecture, Struts, Spring, Hibernate frameworks and Ajax development technology. Following with ideas of coarse-grained, loosely coupling and standardization, the system was built in the way of middleware+business components. The whole system was a typical three-tier architecture with clear division of layered structure, namely presentation layer, business layer and persistence layer, and with low coupling degree, it was conducive to program unit test and functional maintenance. The system used Oracle 11g for data storage.The main functions of the system were duty log management, construction management, VIP management, plan management, knowledge base management, bulletin board management and system management. Construction management was responsible for the construction query and data entry and other related functions. Plan management was responsible for filling, approval and rating of weekly schedule and other related functions. VIP management was responsible for the protection and reminder of important clients. Bulletin board management was responsible for publishing and reading departmental functions. Knowledge base management was responsible for curing and sharing departmental rules, meeting records and knowledge. System management was responsible for maintenance settings of personnel, departments, business modules, teams and others. Log management business was responsible for duty log entry, transfer, flow and inquiry, and it was the core of the whole system.The operation of Beijing Capital International Airport duty log system improved the efficiency and accuracy of information transfer through departments, achieved production information flow and sharing of all departments and provided supports for business analysis of all layers of users with IE, achieved transfer and flow of events involved in duty logs for information sharing, achieved command and coordination among all departments and all modules, and finally ensured the smooth conduct of all works of the airport.
