Modern equipment management is an emerging scientific management, equipment aintenance management, to absorb the modern management science and the new achievements of modern science and technology gradually developed. The Gas Enterprise EAM system designed and implemented based on the analysis of the day-to-day business of the gas company, combined with the experience and technology of the construction of the gas industry at home and abroad EAM, on the basis of the analysis of gas enterprise device management core business processes and existing information systems, discusses the detailed requirement analysis of gas business about EAM system, and as the next phase of a global basis. This article describes the EAM management system development background and development status of native and abroad. The system uses object-oriented software design methods, throughout the design and development phase of the system are implemented in accordance with the requirements of the Unified Modeling Language (UML). Functional requirements analysis using use case diagram describes the specific needs of the user, the system detailed design use activity diagram, sequence diagram given in the form of system components and the relationship. It us B/S system architecture and J2EE technology and Oracle10g database management. The system consists of the following functional modules:asset management, equipment management, OA, integration with other systems and system management. Within each module contains multiple sub-modules for specific functions. The formal operation of the system, it is possible to achieve a real group of equipment asset management information system, a unified standard, unified system, unified platform to promote the overall equipment management level of gas enterprises, enhance information sharing, improve work efficiency.
