The Management Information System Of Capital Construction Engineering

The task of the project is to develop the management system of capital construction works.Powerbuider9.0 and MS SQL server 2000 etc. are used as explopiting tools. Through the demonstration of software solving schema and computer hardware ,investigating and analyzing the application field,referring to database programming practice information,we can fulfill the requirement of design assignment by the tutor's help.The database can manage capital construction works management system.The thesis consists of four parts.In the first part, systematic schemes and the solutions of hardware and software are provided. The second part concerns with the constructing of design platform, as well as the installation and disposition of powerbuider 9.0 and SQL server 2000.The third part is the project content which include the design of sub module. The fourth part is the study comprehends to design the work, including the reference books.The management system of capital construction works has two sides. From an item of engineering information to the unit engineering, from an engineering to several engineerings, from contract management﹑ material management﹑ quantity the management﹑ plan management﹑ data management to various management , its amount of information bears comparison with many large databases system. In the management system of capital construction works by my own design , the foundation data from each section in my unit become my basic frame by detail aspect, for example contract management section﹑ supplies material management section﹑ quantity direct section﹑ plan statistics coordination section﹑ diagram paper data section etc.Therefore, capital construction works management system is hierarchical. The data in the lowest layer is detail information for each section, such as quantity information, product information , plan management information,etc. The information is searched from the departments step by step . In the future learing process,information changes and increase.The designed capital construction works management stystem can manage oil-field engineering information dynamicaliy. My analytic task is to investigate the application field and to analyze the applied information and operational requirements to form the requires technical manual in the application fieid.The purpose of the analysis is to present the data item ,the relation between the data items and the detail definition of the data operation task,which establishes the solid base for concept design of the database,logic design and physical design and prvides the reliable gist to optimize the logical physical structure of the database .Code management : Coding the design is the prior condition of the database system development, is an indispensable and important contents in the system. The coding is correspondence serial number﹑sign or marks with originally name , is a key to proceed information exchange﹑ handles﹑ deliver and realizes information resources share. Code is also used for specifying the data handles method﹑ differentiation data type, and specify contents etc. that calculator handles.The internal information in this system coded to adopt the united coding method.
