The Automatic Pouch Dispenser could help the company to realize the aim that the whole production line can work without human control to save labor force, which has a wide application prospects.The control system for the Automatic Pouch Dispenser is designed in this essay and my main work is following.Firstly, the machinery structure of the instant noodle packaging production line and the Automatic Pouch Dispenser is introduced, and the advantages and general specifications of the Automatic Pouch Dispenser are introduced too.Secondly, a suitable control plan according to the working process of the Automatic Pouch Dispenser is selected, as well as the electrical components involved. While, the way of electrical circuit wiring is designed and the settings of the servo driver parameters are finished.Thirdly, the control programs of the Automatic Pouch Dispenser including the touch panel and the PLC are designed. The PLC program includes the detection of the pouch length, the control of the feeding length, the control of the cutting position,and the control of the cutting power, etc. The pictures of the touch panel include the picture of parameter settings and the picture of control and monitor the operations of the Automatic Pouch Dispenser, etc.Finally, the control system is debugged. The hardware equipments and the program of the PLC and the touch panel is debugged according to the control plan. And finally, the debugging of the system connecting to the packaging production line is finished, and inappropriate parameter settings are modified into appropriate ones, which ensure that the machine running smoothly.The machine has been put into use for some time, and it’s proved that the machine fully showed its advantages such as high production efficiency, safe and healthy, suitable for different sizes pouches of varied dimensions and easy to operation and adjustment. It ensured high precision feeding, cutting and falling points, and the producing speed could be raised up to200-300pouches per minute, which can fully met the requirement.
