Design And Implementation Of Apartment Management System In Heilongjiang Polytechnic

In today's society, facing the more and more information, whether firms or universities, more and more are aware of that it is necessary to manage data by the computer. In recent years, due to changes in national policies, various colleges and universities are expanding, which has not only brought about the increase in the number of students, but also brings the increase of student data information.Heilongjiang polytechnic is one of the enrollment expansion of colleges and universities. Due to increased enrollment, it increases in Heilongjiang polytechnic students ' information. Regardless of other student information, student accommodation amount is one to be reckoned with in this regard. Heilongjiang polytechnic is divided into two campuses, the first campus and the second campus. There are 10 branch, and have about 14,000 students. Student accommodation information continues to increase. In order to manage the student apartment accommodation better, and apartment manager be able to expand student housing information management better, according to the characteristics of Heilongjiang polytechnic's residence information and the characteristics of student accommodation information, it researches and develops the Heilongjiang polytechnic's apartment management system.According to Heilongjiang polytechnic's characteristics, the task is to design and realize Heilongjiang polytechnic's apartment management system, which uses a structured approach. The structure of this system is SSH. This system uses WEB and My SQL database technologies, which is easy to store student accommodation information. Using B/S structure on the network structuremakes the system be easy to maintain and reduce system costs.The system is divided into six modules to design, users' login, operations of users' information, operations of accommodation in school, apartments' hygienic operations, apartment-office operations, and operations about foreign personnel records. These modules are to carry out the users, login, management of users' information, and apartments' hygienic, apartment-office operations, and so on.This paper introduces meaning of this subject research; then, it introduces related technology in developing system; article focuses on describes needs of the system, including system of feasibility analysis,task overview of system, and performance needs analysis of system; in addition, article also focuses on introducing system's design module; next article describes system's detailed design and achieved, including on system process design, and database of data design; article last describes a series of test works on this system, including test purpose, test scenarios and test programs.
