The Design And Implementation Of Digital Apartment Management System In Guangdong University Of Petrochemical Technology

Apartment management is an important management behavior which faced by many schools, large enterprises and government. The traditional apartment management usually uses the manual management mode which has features of security vulnerabilities, management deficiencies, complicated operation, and difficult to reduce the cost of school apartment management. Therefore, the modernization management and the apartment automation is one development direction of the apartment management.Digital apartment management system designed in this paper is based on the actual needs of Guangdong Institute of petrochemical technology, which also combined with the actual development of the current industry and application prospect. Digital apartment management system can be divided into two parts: intelligent access control management subsystem and park management subsystem. The intelligent access control system have the functions of illegal users into alarm, automatic monitoring and recording, attendance management, access control management and other functions. And the park management system includes automatic license plate recognition, vehicle automatic charge, park automatic count, mobile payment and other functions.The main innovation of this paper is as follows: the license plate recognition technology provides a more efficient license plate recognition algorithm BING-CAR algorithm which can improve the efficiency of license plate recognition technology, and now it is applied in the parking management system; the needs and functions of digital apartment management system redefined, including access control management system and vehicle management system two in the access control system; management system, using Wheelchair Access technology, video surveillance and other technical personnel to complete the control functions; in vehicle management system based on license plate recognition technology, using mobile payment technology to support a variety of payment methods.The apartment information management system implemented in this paper will have been deployed to each student apartments and teachers’ apartment of Guangdong Petrochemical College, which convinced that it can meet theneedsand the actual management of Guangdong Institute of petrochemical business and can effectively complete the apartment inside and outside space management, vehicle management and personnel management, achieve high efficiency of apartment management.
