In order to let the apartment manager free from the heavy work, we developed apartment building management information system to realize paperless office and make the work more organized, more convenient, and more effective.The General Division urgent want to be able to have a simple operation, easy-to-use management software, Therefore, we decided to use the B/S model as a development model, develop apartment building management information system of Yan’an refinery. Fundamentally change not been standardized, and traditional management model, then improve management efficiency, reduce the work intensity and workload management, As a result, achieved the implementation of standardized and scientific management of the apartment.First of all, thesis based on the actual needs of the Yan’an Refinery apartment management system, analyzed the organization and management of the apartment management mode, then established a system concept model; Secondly, designed the system’s functional modules, use UML for Systems Analysis, then established a system logic model;after taht,designed the database,and introduced the implementation of the various functional modules of the system; Finally, summarized the thesis, and put forward the directions and recommendations for further research.
