The Design And Implementation Of The University International Affairs Apartment Management Platform

International affairs department of Shandong University’s development of comprehensive management information system is designed to support the networking, routing and Intellectualization of international affairs management and service. The development of management information system mainly involves huge amounts of information management, including information collection, transmission, storage and use. Employing the computer to efficiently process international daily transactions can effectively use information resources, so as to generate the standardized management system, which is the overall goal of modern scientific and standard information management.This paper is in accordance with the specified procedures of software system development. Feasibility study is of great significance to the selection of development schemes such that choosing the mature technology, modest and running stability of the development plan. From requirement analysis, system overall architecture design and detailed design stage, to the system implementation, testing, and deployment, maintenance, on each stage this paper have to follow the technical requirements and design constraints. In addition, the use of unified modeling language UML to describe the blueprint of system design and the problems in the object-oriented design model is established, the article takes on the overall structure of the system, dynamic changes and design process in detail.According to the demand of the system analysis, design and the logic functions, the article is divided into dormitory management module and item management module. The system interface is divided into B/S and C/S interface. Modular design ideas benefits software reuse and programming to an interface.The management information system based on Web turns up along with the Web technology development. This paper employs the Web development mainstream open source framework SSH for system architecture design and implementation. The Java supports cross-platform programming, and object-oriented programming.SSH will integrate Struts Hibernate and Spring framework of its own advantages together, such that better supports developers to do conveniently and efficiently Web application development. In this way, the system is developed well on the overall, and later shows good stability and security in the operation and tests process.
