Dezhou College is a full-time undergraduate college jointly established in Shandong Province and Dezhou City.The school has more than 1,650 faculty members,including 23,500 existing students,28 existing student apartment buildings,and the number of dormitory rooms in student apartments.4,980 rooms.The Department of Student Management Center of Texas College has always used the basic situation of manual recording of dormitory.In the process of management,a large amount of data will be generated,which makes it difficult for normal apartment managers to bring in inquiries during work,and also faces huge file capacity.query data redundancy and many other issues.In order to solve the above problems,it is more and more effective to improve the management level of student apartments and the efficiency of apartment management personnel.It has become an inevitable trend to implement informationization and systematic management of our apartment.This paper reviews the management information of university apartments at home and abroad,draws on the relevant mature experience of apartment management in local universities and provinces,and combines the reality of the management of apartment buildings in Dezhou College to conduct research and analysis on the entire apartment management process,and implements the system of the entire apartment management process.The design mainly includes campus management,apartment building management,bed management,bedroom management,and bedroom equipment maintenance management.The design of the entire apartment management information system is designed according to the actual needs of the school apartment management.The student apartment management personnel participated in the system's demand research analysis,summary design,detailed design and system realization process,and gave constructive comments on apartment management..The system is based on Windows Server 2012 operating system.It uses B/S architecture mode in development and design.The database adopts SQL Server2010,mainly adopts Java Script,C#,CSS+DIV,ASP.NET and other related development technologies.The system focuses on factors such as simple operation,humanization,and high tolerance.The whole student apartment management information system mainly includes system management,system user management,campus management,apartment building management,dormitory management,dormitory health management,dormitory bed adjustment management,access management,visiting management,dormitory equipment repair management,apartment violation information management and other functions.The system pays attention to student information security in the process of design.It mainly adopts the authentication login method,MD5 encryption for passwords,the system is compatible with various browsers and can run smoothly,which not only realizes the information management of the comprehensive data of student apartments,but also improves The efficiency of student apartment management.It is of great significance to the construction of a harmonious campus.
