Therefore, in order to strengthen the management and control for student apartments, make easy to management for staying student’s daily life and safety, to reduce intensity of work for apartment administrators and improve work efficiency, by field investigation and study in Linyi University and the student apartment management system were launched.The design pattern of the system is B/S architecture, using MVC development model, the system divide into Presentation layer, control layer and business layer of three layer. In the View layer, the JSP, HTML and JavaScript and other technologies are used for design, and work on page jump in JSP and some events handling, The Controller layer is the main work on controller design, use of the Struts framework and Spring technology. The Model layer is processed on business, including action handling. The database mapping process using Hibernate technology framework, the data exchange between the system and the database can be achieved through the Hibernate. Data storage using SQL Server 2014 database.The system main realize basic information management, student management, apartment management, access control management, system management of five parts. In basic information management to achieve the class and department management, apartment information management, public information management and rating parameter settings; Student management has been realized school student management and statistical analysis; Apartment management to achieve the housing distribution, room adjustment, check out for graduation students, check and statistics, valuation, summary and analysis as well as results summary table management; Access control management is realized access control parameter setting, record violation of discipline, registration for foreign guests, access control inquiry; System management is realized, user setting and registration information management.The development of the system can enough to solve various kinds of disadvantages that are not easy to find on student apartment management of Linyi university, simplify the business processes, reduce the work intensity of the apartment administrator, improve work efficiency, Focus on trying to provide excellent stay experience to students, make the data clearer, to strengthen the students’ self-discipline requirements, key focus on the supervision room; Strong security protection can strengthen the management of student apartments and enhance the security level of student apartments.
