Design And Implementation Of The Management System For University Teachers' Apartment

Universities attempt to provide young teachers with transitional apartment which is managed by apartment center in order to attract talents.For the convenience of unified management and concentration distribution,this thesis intends to develop a set of young teacher apartment management system.This thesis analyzes the apartment center's distribution and management process on the young teacher apartment and makes a detailed analysis for functional and nonfunctional demand from the perspective of system users and then gives a detailed analysis of every functional module,which includes the subsystems of system management,the user information management subsystem and subsystem of apartment management,power and water cost manager function module.etc.For system implementation,B/S architecture and MVC design mode aims at developing the system,SQL Server 2008 is used to develop database.This thesis takes the unified management and concentration distribution of the young teacher apartment as the research goal,the apartment management system is designed and implemented based on the detailed analysis of requirement to fulfill the demands of users and various subsystems.Such a college teacher apartment management system is able to meet the needs of the practical work of the college apartment management center,and provides the convenience of young teacher query for the water and power costs.
