In the transportation system,daily lighting,computer room and subway system and so on need to use the battery.Battery as an important part of DC power supply system,which is related to the normal operation of the whole system,it is the last line of defense to ensure uninterrupted power supply for important equipment.Usually a single battery is on and online system composed of a battery in a practical system,even if only one battery is abnormal will lead to whole group battery cannot be used or insufficient power supply,for normal and stable operation of the equipment system buried safe hidden trouble.And batteries actual working environment and condition of maintenance will affect its service life,all the battery life is not uniform,so the actual working state of real-time monitoring of each battery is maintenance an important part of the normal work of the power system.The main contents of these research work can be summarized as follows:(1)several main parameters,such as the impact on battery performance;of battery voltage,battery internal resistance,charge and discharge current,battery temperature,battery monitoring system for the actual application requirement,clear the system monitoring parameters,the three layer system structure and network reference,put forward with battery monitoring system structure wireless communication based on perception layer,network layer and application layer are designed,the battery ZigBee communication data acquisition terminal node,gateway and server software based on GPRS-ZigBee.(2)the architecture of wireless sensor network in-depth understanding,based on several Wifi,Zigbee,Bluetooth,infrared and other short distance wireless communication technology commonly used in working frequency,power consumption,communication distance and main application fields are compared and analyzed,finally chose the Zigbee to build the underlying data storage battery aware network.(3)According to the components of the hardware circuit design principle,completion of the terminal node and the Zigbee-GPRS gateway module hardware component design for data acquisition,and the MQX Lite software development framework,the development of the software of data acquisition terminal nodes,Zigbee-GPRS and K60 in the main control module software program and KW01 routing node software program and design the data frame format of Zigbee-GPRS gateway and routing node and server communication software,provides the data frame format standard for data communication between the server and the Zigbee-GPRS gateway and the terminal data acquisition node.(4)the design and implementation of the communication software,management software and database of the system server is completed in this paper,which is convenient for users to monitor the usage status of storage battery,and improve the maintenance efficiency.
