The Design And Implementation Of The Rural Land Ownership System Based On GIS

With the advent of the information age and the rapid development of geographic information system(GIS),the national land management department has begun to attach great importance to the application of GIS in land planning and management.At the same time,they take the GIS as an important support technology for land planning and management information.It has a huge advantage in the acquisition,storage,update and application of land information.It is imperative to establish the rural land ownership system by using new technology.It not only improves the work efficiency of the land management department,but also has an important significance to regulate the management of land planning.The system is developed by C#,and uses the C/S as the architecture.It takes Visual Studio as the development environment and the ArcGIS Engine as the embedded component.In the design of the database,the system uses Oracle and it supports the access.In addition,it uses ArcSDE to store the spatial data.The spatial data and attribute data are stored in the relational database by using ArcSDE spatial data engine and Geodatabase space data model.It greatly improves the efficiency of data management.The main functions of this system are as follows:1)The import and conversion of basic data mainly realize the function of data import and administrative region management.The data import includes data validation,four generation and encoding generation.The administrative area management includes the basic operation,the data import and the documents generation.2)The query and export of data mainly to achieve a view of all kinds of information and forms and the export of documents.The module can export tables,such as the household registration table,the public notice,the household table,the contractor’s questionnaire and the employer’s questionnaire.The certificate can be exported business warrants.In the process of exporting the form,you can find the information quickly you want through the query conditions.3)Map aided management function which includes the operation of layer,views,operation of the elements and the query of attribute is mainly used to plot the map information.The operation of layer mainly includes the function of layer control,add layer and block label.The View operations mainly include the function of roaming,enlarge,narrow,View the front and rear views and so on.Element operation part mainlyhas the attribute,select elements,select all elements and other functions.Attribute query is mainly to query the information of the village name.4)The module of system management function is mainly used to carry on some setting operations to the system itself.The setting operations include database management,switching mode,system settings,registration,skin selection and so on.Compared with the traditional manual operation,using this system can not only shorten the working time of processing data,but also provide a reliable guarantee for the accuracy of the data.
