The Design And Realization Of Office Automation System Based On Lightweight J2EE Frame

OA is a comprehensive technology, which applies computer technology, communications technology, systems science, especially the behavioral science to the office in transactional work including non-digital information, and the office in transactional work is difficultly dealt with by the traditional digital processing technology and its amount is large and its structure is not clear. The knowledge field of OA covers the actionable science, management science, sociology, systems engineering and so on, and reflects the cross-cutting and mutual penetration between subjects. Modern office automation system uses the Internet / Intranet technology, and it is based on the concept of workflow to make the internal staff to share information and work together efficiently. OA changes the last complex office way which is inefficient and manual and achieves rapid and comprehensive information collection and processing, and it also provides the scientific basis for the management and decision of the troops and enterprises and institutions.In this paper I study the theoretical source and background of OA systems, and on this basis I illustrate the epoch background of OA systems 'producing and the significance of its study. On this basis, relying on the present condition of the development of OA system at home and abroad, I illustrate the significance which refers to how to put the practical developing projects of the existing office automation system to rational use. Secondly, through differentiating the system modules and the correct understanding of design, help the departments look for the shortcomings in practical application process, at last establish a more comprehensive system of OA. Thirdly, taking force-level development of J2EE multi-layer structure as the prerequisite and adopting the ways of UML for systems analysis, illustrate the main technology of OA system and the using ways of the other tools. On the basis of mastering the core technology of Struts, Spring, Hibernate, and so on, lay a solid foundation for the use of troops' Office Automation. Finally, regard the detailed analysis of the system modules and the achievement as the last part of this paper in order to explain the important meaning and value OA system in the practical work.The information management operating office through the computer networks can greatly reduce the labor intensity, improve office efficiency, save the cost of office, and provide the strong decision foundation for the troops and the leaders of enterprises and institutions. Therefore it has shown a pressing force to use the modern technology such as computers, communication networks, to establish the advanced and highly efficient modern OA system with the support of the decision-making all-electronic, paperless office, as well as coordination office.
