In recent years, with the rapid development of electronic technology and electronic industry, new technology and new products are emerging, especially intelligent products become more and more popular. These changes make the stability, consistency and reliability of electronic products more demanding. The miniaturization of electronic products and the high integration of semiconductor trends, making the electrostatic discharge caused by the destruction of the circuit or device has gradually become an important technical issues affecting the quality of electronic products. Especially in the process of production or transportation,the harm caused by static electricity is an important factor affecting the quality of the products. Therefore, the research institutions have begun to study the electrostatic detection and elimination device of moving objects, and improve the quality of products by improving the ability to detect and eliminate static electricity. Therefore, the high level of automation, good reliability of the moving object detection and elimination of electrostatic system has become the focus of research in the field of application.This article from its own projects and enterprises with the fund project, based on the existing electrostatic detection and elimination of related products as the basis, combined with the actual needs of the enterprise, the research and development of a mobile object to meet the actual needs of enterprises of the electrostatic detection and elimination system. First, through the demonstration and Research on existing products, and determine the overall system design scheme and technology of their own, including the layout design of the various components of the processing and debugging of structure, control design and circuit layout, system software and input control system debugging, finally realizes the prototype runnings moothly, and the prototype the overall debugging, analysis and improvement in the actual production line.Finally, according to the feedback of the application process, the system is improved. Through the comparison with the design requirements, the system can meet the requirements of the acceptance of the conclusion, according to the design requirements of the acceptance. Compared with the existing methods of electrostatic hazard treatment, the system has realized the function of electrostatic detection and elimination of moving objects, and the system is stronger, more efficient and more reliable.
