The electrostatic precipitator establishes an high-voltage electric field that can ionization gas, it will charge dust particles passing through the field, charged dust particles move to the collection pole and accumulate there because of the electric field force, shedding by the vibrating device, be collected. Electrostatic precipitators act an important role in decreasing the dust poured into the air. High-voltage DC power supply is the main part of ESP device, its function is directly determines the effect of dust removal equipment.This paper introduces a design and research method based on three-phase high-voltage rectifying power supply. The overall design of power control system based on single-chip microcomputer chip dsPIC30F6014A is introduced in detail, designs of hardware circuit, software and the man-machine interface communication method, etc. And a deep research of between the dust removal efficiency and the electrical power supply system operation parameters,high voltage power supply control system was designed with the genetic algorithm,it was capable of changing the working voltage to the best state automatically tracking the changes of the surroundings,and this made great sense in improving the efficiency.At the end experiments prove the correctness and feasibility of the design of the system.
