The flow parameters of gas-solid tow-phase flow include the velocity, concentration, mass flow rate of solid particles, and so on. The velocity of solid particles is an important parameter among other parameters reflecting the flow information of gas-solid tow-phase flow. Velocity measurement of gas-solid tow-phase flow for research on two-phase flow theory and industrial production security, economic and highly efficient operation are of great significance.At present, the electrostatic sensing technique of solid particles velocity is a new technology in the international multiphase flow measuring field. Because of the complicated and random nature of gas-solid two-phase flow process, there are still some problems to be examined in both theoretical and experimental respects. This article mainly aims at the electrostatic sensor characteristic, advanced one kind of new electrostatic sensor model, established theoretical model for this kind of eletrostatic sensor, designed corresponding signal detection electric circuit, and ultimately completed the velocity measurement of solid particles in gas-solid two-phase flow.(1) In the foundation of analyzing current electrostatic sensor model, this article advanced one kind of improvement electrostatic sensor model based on the thought of electrostatic induction and charge transfer. Through establishes its physical model and the mathematical model, described the electrostatic sensor’s work mechanism accurately, has provided the rationale for the electrostatic sensor’s performance analysis and the optimization design.(2) Through some electrostatic sensor’s model experiments, this article confirmed the electrostatic sensor’s theoretical analysis is correct.(3) According to the electrostatic sensor output signal’s characteristic, this article designed the corresponding signal recuperation electric circuit, which can correctly enlarge and filter the electrostatic sensor outputs signal. Then through the data acquisition electric circuit, it completes the data acquisition, analysis and transmission.(4) Carried on the system installment experiment and the result analysis, and completed experiment of the system deviation, the linearity, the accuracy, the long-term stability and other parameter relation, and analyzed the experimental data. The result had indicated that this system installment under the laboratory environmental condition, had the very good accuracy, the linearity and the long-term stability.
