Design And Implementation Of Gas Line Emergency Rescue System Based On ArcGIS

Gas is an important part of China's energy structure and modernization construction.It brings clean and efficient energy structure to the society,but also gives the hidden dangers to the life and property safety of the residents.The gas is a dangerous gas which is flammable and explosive and the transport mode of gas is pipeline transportation.Once the gas leak occurred,the consequences are very serious.China's gas pipeline arrangement is complex.There are many kinds of gas accidents in our country.Once there is a sudden situation,it is difficult to make a quick and effective analysis and judgment on the accident situation only by human resources.The information technology can quickly respond to accidents.GIS technology allows us to directly view the pipeline arrangement and environment around the accident from the map.It can also assist rescue workers to analyze and judge the accident in all aspects,and improve the efficiency of emergency rescue.The main content of this paper is to establish a gas pipeline emergency rescue system,which combine with the software technology and spatial data technology.The system will be more comprehensive and efficient supporting for emergency rescue activities.The main work done in this paper is as follows:(1)It summarizes the process of emergency rescue activities at home and abroad,also determines the business process of the system,further clarifies the needs of the system,and makes a detailed requirements analysis of the system;(2)On the basis of the above content,the specific functions and database entities are designed for the system by analysing and grasping all kinds of action details and related information in the process of emergency rescue;(3)Using B/S architecture,programming languages such as Java,JQuery,Dojo,JavaScript and middleware ArcGIS API for JavaScript,the development of emergency rescue system for gas pipeline based on ArcGIS is completed.This system can manage the system,emergency rescue data and related data.It has realized some complex map functions such as querying the distribution of related location,locating by coordinate and location and measuring area and length.Combined with the current gas pipeline emergency rescue process,this system can assist the emergency rescue of gas pipeline in all directions by using computers.It can also solve the problem that the efficiency of manual processing data is low and the reaction is slow in the emergency rescue activities.The system lays a solid foundation for the emergency rescue activities in an efficient and orderly manner.
