Central Heating has been widely used in northern parts of our domestic country and has been one of the most important infrastructure. Establishing integrated optimization monitor system of central heating has a meaningful benefits in in economic and in society, which not only ensure the heating quality but also save energy and protect the environment.The thesis is on the back of the cooperated project-Integrated Optimization of Urban Central Heating Control System-between Qinhuangdao Oriental Real Estate Development Co., LTD and Northeast University at Qinhuangdao and focuses on the research of embedded control system about exchange station of urban central heating which is in the monitor system and has the function of remote transmission.The Exchange Station is the hub between heat resource and heat users and its operation is the key of the supply quality.The paper has a detailed analysis of the structure and the principle on exchange heat station and analysizes the method how the second network on the exchange station runs; The embedded control system is the core of ARM microcontroller and combines the GPRS communication model and has the functions of datas acquisition,control,remote transmission and so on.The monitoring center can receive the accurate detected datas of temperature,pressure,flow on the first network and the second network and so on.The microcontroller receives the commands from the monitoring center by the electric control valve of the first network and circulation pump frequency control of the second network in order to achieve the constant supply temperature of the second network and ensure the heat of users’need.The thesis has a deep research of fuzzy adaptive PID control on the supply temperature control of the second network.The simulation of it illustrates the system stable and the regulation good and accurate.
