The development of modern logistics industry is inseparable from the logistics information technologies and related IT technologies.Information technology plays a key role in promoting the development of logistics industry.This paper studied the key technologies of regional logistics service in cloud computing environment.It studied in three aspects,the cloud computing cloud regional logistics service mode,regional logistics resources virtualization integration method in cloud computing environment,optimization of regional logistics delivery service chain based on cloud genetic algorithm.First,it introduced the concepts of regional logistics and the basic characteristics in cloud computing environment,led out regional logistics cloud service model.The demand of regional logistics cloud service model,cloud service subjectivity of regional logistics,and regional logistics cloud service process was analyzed.Secondly,the integration of regional logistics resources virtualization in cloud computing environment was studied.The concepts of cloud computing technology was expounded,the implementation methods of regional logistics resources integration was analyzed,the optimization method of virtual machine migration was designed,and studied the virtualization encapsulation technology of regional logistics resources.In order to reduce the logistics cost and to improve the efficiency of logistics service,proposed third-party logistics collaborative dispatching service chain based on the fourth-party logistics service mode.An optimization model of regional logistics collaborative dispatching was established,with load as constraint,with fuel consumption,time and dispatching priority as optimization goal.To solve the model,designed an improved genetic algorithm based on dynamic probability operators.Traditional genetic algorithm was divided into multiple phases,and the deterministic genetic operators were modified as dynamic probability operators.It improved the searching ability for longer chromosomes population and avoided premature convergence.The experiments prove that the improved algorithm can promote the efficiency and quality of the regional logistics collaborative dispatching model.Finally,an integrated platform of regional logistics information service based on cloud architecture was established.It consists of infrastructure service layer,platform service layer,application service layer,user layer,logistics information exchange basic network interface,and operation and maintenance support system.It includes enterprise information interface,customer service system,logistics trading system,logistics delivery system,Beidou positioning monitoring system and mobile terminal system.
