Cloud computing as a new computing mode, received extensive attention of the academia, and have been gradually from theoretical research to practical application. This paper studies the development of cloud computing technology and its application in the enterprise, the logistics industry as the breakthrough point, building modern logistics enterprises is discussed in this paper model of cloud computing information management platform, the main work includes the following:(1) analysis of the current cloud computing as well as the modern logistics enterprise business process and the status quo, this paper expounds the concept and characteristics of cloud computing, classification, application scenarios, and the key technology of cloud computing. Large logistics enterprise informatization process are analyzed, focusing on the problems existing in the large-scale logistics enterprise information management are analyzed and put forward the solution;(2) the logistics information system were summarized, and the distribution algorithm for logistics information, this paper expounds the current research progress and analyzes the deficiencies;(3) study a multi-objective logistics distribution algorithm based on improved the NSGA II, both the shortest delivery time, the transport node load balancing and energy consumption minimum three goals. First of the most widely used the NSGA II multi-objective optimization algorithm is improved, and introducing the distribution density function limit elite, by adopting the idea of a two-dimensional matrix for crossover operation, and then combined with the logistics information system of logistics distribution model, will improve after the NSGA II algorithm used in logistics distribution.(4) a large enterprise information system was put forward the overall structure model of cloud computing platform, it can be divided into infrastructure, business and application of three layers of services, services for each layer, respectively, introduces its design patterns and business characteristics. On the logistics characteristics of different enterprise different cloud computing platform is designed.(5) based on cloud computing of large logistics enterprise information system integration of the heterogeneous physical resources in the cloud computing platform, and carries on the virtualization of these resources, through the virtual resources and the information of the large logistics enterprises, so as to realize the transport node and the unity of the enterprise internal management and monitoring, greatly reduce the enterprise’s actual operating costs. This paper introduces the system function and system structure, the management of the transport node module, logistics distribution module, system management module and system monitoring module has made the detailed design respectively.
