In recent years,with the vigorous development of new technologies such as Cloud Computing,Internet of things and SOA technology,a logistics cloud service mode for supply chain is emerging.Logistics cloud service is a new mode of logistics resource allocation and management based on Cloud Computing.It dump all kinds of logistics resources(such as warehouses,vehicles,personnel,etc)into a cloud pool by using new technology.Costomers get on demand and pay per demand by network information platform dynamically meet their own personalized and professional logistics requirements.Compared with the traditional system of logistics services,logistics cloud service in the new era is more concerned with the overall professional and personalized service system,through the establishment of on-demand supply and effective sharing of cloud service platform,so as to achieve the efficient allocation of social resources and integrated scheduling.Based on this model,how to effectively integrate the logistics resources and needs tasks,and achieve intelligent matching and more efficient logistics scheduling become more critical issues.Based on the analysis of the logistics resource scheduling problem under cloud service mode,this paper combines the logistics task scheduling problem with the last mile problem of logistics distribution under cloud service.Through the construction of logistics task scheduling model and logistics cooperation distribution model based on cloud service platform,combined with genetic algorithm is developed to solve the model,finally the feasibility and effectiveness of the relevant models are verified by case simulation,and the logistics task scheduling scheme and the optimal path of logistics distribution under cloud service platform are obtained.First,the paper analyzes the problem of logistics resource scheduling under the cloud service platform,introduces the production of cloud service mode and its application and advantages in the logistics field,and explains the connotation process and system architecture of cloud service.In addition,the characteristics,process and target methods of logistics resource scheduling under cloud service are introduced in detail.Then,according to the logistics resource scheduling process and the characteristics of cloud services,the logistics resource scheduling of cloud services under the cloud is divided into task scheduling and logistics demand of logistics goods in the last mile distribution process;considering multiple objectives(resource utilization,scheduling time and operating costs)to establish logistics cloud task scheduling model based on the cloud service platform,given the relevant decision variables,objective function and constraint conditions.Subsequently the final one kilometer problem of logistics distribution under the cloud service model is analyzed and modeled,and the relevant decision variables,target functions and constraints are given.Finally,according to the established model,combined with genetic algorithm,we design and solve the models,and carry out simulation experiments by python,and verify the feasibility and validity of the proposed model and algorithm.
