The creativity of the development of the logistics industry is not only manifested in the taxation of industrial enterprises and the increase of employment opportunities.The greater contribution lies in supporting and promoting the coordinated development of regional industries and improving the overall competitiveness of the regional economy and the national economy.China's logistics industry has gradually embarked on the road of high-quality development,providing endogenous power for enhancing economic prosperity,and becoming an important part and an indispensable force for promoting high-quality economic development.Promoting the development of high-quality logistics is the transformation of the development mode of the logistics industry,the optimization of its structure,and the transformation of its driving force for growth.In this process,the platform development of the logistics industry has become a new driving force and vitality for the development of the logistics industry.In particular,in recent years,the state has promulgated policies for the planning and construction of many logistics platforms,and has strongly called on departments,provinces,and cities to establish resource-sharing logistics information service platforms to promote the platformization and informationization of the logistics industry.This article takes regional comprehensive logistics information service platform as the research object,starting from theoretical research,according to a certain research logic,layer by layer,research and design a comprehensive logistics platform suitable for a city or a large logistics park.First of all,from the two major research aspects of logistics and logistics information service platform,we have combed the valuable literature and related concepts and technologies at home and abroad as theoretical support.Then,combined with the practice of government units and logistics enterprise surveys,as well as discussion and exchanges with out-of-school tutors,the current situation of regional logistics informatization development in China was analyzed,the feasibility of platform construction was proposed,and the comprehensive logistics information platform research of representative countries abroad was summarized.Experience as a reference for subsequent platform design.Then,from the perspective of the government,the goals and functions of the platform construction were proposed based on the analysis and construction principles of the regional integrated logistics information service platform.Based on this,the overall architecture model of the regional integrated logistics information service platform was designed.Next,according to the overall architecture of the platform,five platform application system models were designed,including logistics government management system,logistics business Saa S system,logistics business full-process visualization system,digital logistics mobile APP and We Chat applet system,platform management system.In addition,different application modules are designed in each system to meet logistics information and business requirements.And in order to ensure the smooth implementation and operation of the platform system,platform operation guarantee measures were proposed.Finally,taking Zibo City as an example,the regional integrated logistics information service platform model is applied to Zibo City and appropriate improvements are made according to the actual situation.The research and construction of Zibo City comprehensive logistics information service platform provide a reference for the development of Zibo's logistics informationization.The essence of research and design of regional integrated logistics information service platform is to promote the growth of regional logistics enterprises,and ultimately promote the high-quality development of regional logistics industry and regional economy.The research in this paper at this stage has great practical significance and practical value to guide the construction of regional logistics informatization,promote the coordinated operation of regional logistics,and promote the high-quality development of regional logistics and regional economy.
