Study On Regional Logistics Information Platform Planning Design And Key Technology

Logistics transportation as the transportation artery of the national economy, is becoming more and more important in the process which is gradually from extensive to intensive of economic development structure in China. Through dividing the Huailai regional and field surveying the social economy, logistics, road transport infrastructures and the status of freight in all townships in Huailai regional. By collecting, analyzing , summarizing the obtained data, this article determine the freight traffic of the feature years by using qualitative analysis and quantitative forecasts method, elasticity coefficient method, multiple factors, neural network method and combination method.Base on the prediction freight traffic of the feature years, with the principle of growth pole theory and around the function orientation,the overall development strategy,industrial planning coordination, complementation of various modes of transportation, socialization, specialization, effectiveness, ordering and market-oriented to design the regional logistics information platform of Huailai regional, determine the function elements of the regional logistics information platform, and make up the functional, hierarchical structure theoretical framework of regional logistics information platform.Logistics park and freight delivery is a key link of regional logistics; This paper using advanced concept of lean management to overall layout logistics park,office building and warehouse,this not only make regional logistics information platform play a better role, but also reduce vehicle operating cost, effective conservation of enterprise funds, improving user effectiveness, accelerating the velocity of circulation of goods, improving the management tools which supply decision support services for trade management and make Huailai regional logistics transport systems become a modernization logistics harbor which has strong accumulation power,wide radiating and rational function, this logistics harbor can blend into and service BeiJng-TianJin-HeBei and ShanXi-HeBei-NeiMeng two economic circles, which can also enhance the comprehensive economic strength and comprehensive services.
