As a newborn thing in the logistics industry,Logistics Park had received high attentionrecently. The Government has clearly pointed out the importance of building and developing thelogistics park in recent files. They took Logistics Park as the most key project. What’s more, thestate even give priority in logistics land. In2013, the NDRC(National Development andInnovation Committee) published <<The state Logistics Park development(2013-2020)>>. Thelatest policy will guide the development of Logistics Park. It also give the favorable conditions toa rapid and rational expansion.The file will break current situation, which had being lack of coordination. We dividedLogistics Park into three grades, and clarify the layout of Logistics Park. At last, we should build anational Logistics Park network with logical composition, moderate size, full function and highperformance.In our opinion, the development of national Logistics Park network is based on informationall around the intranet. Without the effective information transfer, the network is uselessness. As arole of a important node in national Logistics Park network, in order to integrate resources indifferent Logistics Park, Yunnan province Logistics Park must build a effective informationplatform. After that, we can provide better service to our customer, and reduce costs of thecompany. At last, we achieve the goal of integrating of national logistics network, improvingoverall level of national logistics industry.We analyze the Yunnan province Logistics Park information system, and make our systemdesign. We considered the integrating of system, the impact to our customer in this design. Weprovided a system based on cloud computing and big data technique. After that, we give a detailedanalysis of it.
