In the 21st century,with the second wave of economic globalization,urban competition is getting fiercer.Urban image transmission has become an important strategy for urban development.The effective dissemination of urban image play an important role in all aspects of urban development.In the era of new media environment,great changes have taken place in the mode of transmission and propagation of the ecology.The spread of urban image faces new opportunities and challenges.On the one hand,the spread of image communication and distribution channels in the new media era provides a favorable platform for urban image transmission.On the other hand,the "noise" of the urban image is difficult to control.The spread of public crisis in cities has brought more challenges to the urban image propagation,The dissemination of the image of the city raises higher demands.Luoyang is an important historical and cultural city and heavy industry city in China.The development of the "One Belt And One Road" strategy has also brought new opportunities for the development of Luoyang.At the same time,it also brings new opportunities for Luoyang city image communicationAt present,the research on the spread of the city image in the new media environment is still relatively scattered.How to effectively construct and spread the image of the city is still in the stage of thinking and exploring.In this paper,based on the theory of journalism and communication studies,sociology,psychology and so on,comprehensive use of case analysis,content analysis,quantitative research methods,this paper mainly discusses different transmission through different ways of how to construct and city image,to achieve effective communication,media,city.The introduction section firstly expounds the origin,significance and method of the research topic,The status of domestic and foreign research in the related field is reviewed,This paper discusses the urban image,the urban image spread,the new media and other concepts,expounds and combing the concepts of the relevant theories and concepts.The first chapter analyzes the development of the image of Luoyang city and the distribution of image propagation in Luoyang city in different media,And on the analysis of city image dissemination under the new media environment,on the basis of the ecological environment change,the spread of the Luoyang city image in new media environment evolution are discussed in this paper.Chapters 2 and 3 are the focus of this article,from different subjects discussing the status of the image spread of Luoyang city under the new media environment.The second chapter analyzes the status quo and the construction and dissemination of the status and dissemination of the state and traditional media on the new media platforms.The research on the government's new media is mainly from the government website,the government micro blog,the government WeChat,the APP,the government headline,discusses the present situation analysis on its transmission characteristics in Luoyang City image dissemination,and through the quantitative research methods to analyze the spread of government affairs on the new media content.In terms of traditional media,mainly analyzes its site in the media,media weibo,WeChat public media,the media APP the spread of new media platforms such as the status,and then it was discussed from two aspects of the propagation characteristics of image transmission in Luoyang City.Chapter 3 focuses on the current situation and the construction and dissemination of the information on the new media platform by the public individual and the team and the organization,Through the analysis of the two cities of WeChat and micro blog,this paper discusses the propagation characteristics of its image propagation in Luoyang city;Through the analysis of the current situation of the enterprise website,weibo and WeChat public,this paper discusses the propagation characteristics of its image propagation in Luoyang City.In the fourth chapter,according to the analysis of the present situation of the image transmission in Luoyang City,the problems and shortcomings are summarized from four aspects.Based on the subject of communication,the content of communication,the means of communication,the platform of media and the audience,this paper makes some reflections on the shaping,propagation and orthopedic communication of Luoyang city image,and puts forward some concrete and feasible suggestions.
