The Design And Implementation Of Student Information Management System In Vocational Institute

With the reform of colleges and universities,mergers,large-scale and comprehensive development,the management of student information becomes the basis content for the management of each school.There are many mature systems on the market today,but each school has its own unique management style.Therefore,according to the characteristics of the school,how to complete the design of student information and curriculum management system is urgently needed to solve.The traditional manual management also has its advantages;its premise is that the staff of Teaching Affairs Office and Students Affairs Office is very familiar with the students in every class and every grade.While the computer management system is not so,the staff can be completely unfamiliar with each student and only need to follow the operation steps.The system provides the full support of Internet functionality,remote access capabilities.The system support the exchange of information about daily teaching,educational administration and other applications,providing an intranet application which based on campus to support various types of school service platform and development platform.This is also the advantage of the information management system.The system studied and developed in this dissertation,performs three system functions.The first function is school information management,including normal operation of students’ information such as add,delete,etc.The second function is course management,mainly for integration of course and student information.The third function is scores management,including the submission of results,inquiries and other basic modules.The system in this paper has been tested with comprehensive test methods,the system runs stable and the results are ideal.
