Research On Information Service Strategy Of University Library Based On College Students’ Network Information Behavior

Network information service is an integral part of university library.Library information service relies more and more on the Internet to spread knowledge,especially for college students.They get information through mobile library more frequently in their study and campus life.They play an important role in establishing the connection between information sources and users.Therefore,it is necessary to study the network of college students Network information behavior is of great significance to the construction of university library.Before that,scholars have established a variety of models for information behavior,including Wilson’s information behavior theory,kushto’s information search model and Ellis’ s information search behavior model,which focus on a single dimension and can not fully match the group of college students.Therefore,this study comprehensively summarizes the influencing factors of the existing models,adopts the qualitative and quantitative analysis methods,constructs the network information behavior model of college students,reveals the current situation of the information demand and access behavior of contemporary college students through empirical research,and comprehensively and systematically explores the influencing factors and information of College Students’ information behavior through the estimation parameters of ordinary least squares(OLS)of SPSS software The results show that: 1)college students’ demand for communication is higher than that for entertainment and learning;2)college students’ demand for search engine is higher than that for academic resource database;3)college students’ information retrieval ability needs to be improved;4)college students’ information maintenance and self-efficacy,hardware equipment and network environment of the library and their network information behavior Students’ individual characteristics(gender,grade,major)have no significant impact.The paper is divided into five parts,the main research contents include: expounding the background and significance of the topic selection,sorting out and summarizing the research progress of scholars at home and abroad,and determining the research methods and innovation points used in the article.Starting from the existing research model of scholars,this paper abstracts the factors that affect the network information behavior of college students,and constructs a preliminary model.Through the questionnaire survey of college students in Fuzhou area,the personal characteristics,network use behavior and purpose of college students are collected,SPSS is used to evaluate the data obtained,descriptive statistics,factor analysis and graphic form are used to analyze the questionnaire data,and the results are interpreted and the model is modified.In the process of data analysis,it is found that there are still some problems in college students’ Internet information behavior.In the chapter of improving the effectiveness of Internet information behavior,some suggestions are put forward to further improve the strategies of College Students’ information behavior and improve the comprehensive competitiveness of college library information services,so as to provide scientific support for effectively improving college students’ information behavior.
