Teaching quality evaluation is an important part of primary and middle school education and teaching management.From a certain extent,primary and middle school education is the foundation of talent cultivation in China,which is directly related to the quality and quantity of future talents.Moreover,it has a certain role in promoting the new concept of education and teaching which implementing by the Ministry of Education.Therefore to establish teaching quality evaluation system of primary and middle schools is the key to improve the quality of personnel training in our country,realize national education teaching new concept to promote the important guarantee of social development.The construction of the quality evaluation system of primary and middle schools is different from that of the teaching quality evaluation system which has been popularized colleges and universities.Besides the different focus of education and teaching,group of teachers' teaching evaluation are also different.At present,the teaching quality evaluation which has been designed and applied is to complete the demand of teaching quality evaluation,but can not completely realize the quantification of teacher teaching evaluation information.Therefore,the construction of a more scientific evaluation of primary and middle schools teaching quality is present in this paper.The purpose of this paper is to study and implement the teaching quality evaluation system based on JavaEE technology,to construct a systematic platform for primary and middle school teaching evaluation management system,and to provide scientific and accurate management data for primary and middle school education and teaching management.The main contents are as follows:(1)This paper analyzes the current teaching management system of primary and middle schools education,aiming at the problems existing in the teaching evaluation of primary and middle schools to improve scheme.At the same time,drawing on the advantages of the existing teaching quality evaluation system of colleges and universities,combining with the system of teaching management in primary and middle schools,puts forward the structural design of primary and middle schools teaching quality evaluation system.Moreover,based on the actual needs of primary and middle schools teaching quality evaluation business,build a suitable index system for primary and middle schools teaching quality evaluation system.From the perspectiveof theory analysis and research that can fully reflect the evaluation of primary and middle schools teaching quality evaluation decision system design scheme.(2)A comprehensive evaluation model based on fuzzy mathematics theory is constructed by analyzing and studying the evaluation methods which are applied to the teaching quality evaluation.Through the research and comparison of commonly used evaluation method theory.And aiming at the existing problem of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model,the corresponding optimization is carried out to improve the accuracy and scientificity of the final evaluation results while preserving the evaluation decision information.The above studies have published academic papers in internationally renowned conferences and journals.
