Today's computer technology is developing very fast,a variety of Internet technology is constantly applied to people's daily lives.At the same time,the development of automatic test system also ushered in the opportunity,network technology and automatic testing technology is constantly being combined.The emergence of the Automatic Test Markup Language(ATML)standard is becoming the direction of the field of instrumentation testing,which uses Extensible Markup Language(XML)to test the test information of the automatic test system standardized description.The ATML standard refers to the signal-oriented test requirements of the IEEE 1641 protocol,which avoids the drawbacks of the conventional automatic test system,which makes the automatic test system possible on the road of generalization.This paper focuses on the realization of network equipment in the LAN,the development of ATML-based signal-oriented automatic test system,the oscilloscope,signal source,multimeter these instruments IVI driver to IVI-Signal driver,and write network program Instrument set into an automatic test system.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)This paper studies the ATS test information description method based on ATML standard.The ATML standard defines a set of XML-based exchange formats used to represent ATS-related information such as test configurations,test descriptions,test adapters,test stations,instrument descriptions,descriptions of test objects and test results,which can improve the ATS software's Versatility and openness,and ATS software and hardware-independent capabilities.(2)Researching oscillograph,signal source and so on the instrument actuation,and drives these instruments to the signal level,transforms the original instrument control order in the automatic test system to the test signal demand method,thus realizes the higher level instrument interchange.In the signal-oriented automatic test system,all kinds of test equipment is the implementation of the unit to be measured excitation and measurement,therefore,the test equipment control technology research is necessary indispensable.(3)Study the software structure and requirements of network instruments,and make it possible to publish their own capabilities and instrument functions on the Internet.Among them,the most basic functions for the test function,input and output functions,information exchange and resource sharing capabilities.Write software to identify the instrument function,and let the software set up test system.
