As weaponry has grown in complexity, military automatic test system hasbeen widely used in weapons development, manufacture and operation. With theadvancement in military information science, military automatic test system notonly needs to have the capabilities of traditional testing and diagnostic, but alsoshould have the capability of providing comprehensive information of weapons.The purpose of this project is to combine the current technology of militaryautomatic test system, and develop an informationization automatic test systemsoftware, to realize testing and diagnosis, history management, remote testing andinformation sharing capabilities, thus solving the issues such as the lack of militaryautomatic test system universality, the lack of information sharing and faultdiagnosis capability etc.This article makes a research on the description method of signal-oriented ATSbased on ATML and STD standard, and then proposes architecture of signal-oriented ATS, which solves the problem of tightly–coupling between the traditionalinstrument-oriented automatic test system and hardware resources, and improvesthe universality of the testing software. This article designs an informationizationautomatic test system software, which runs on HIT-TENA platform, usingreconfigurable instrument resources. Using component-based designing idea, thisthesis divides the software into test execution component, test instrumentcomponent and integrated history management component based on functions. Asignal library based on STD standard is built using signal as the interface ofinformation transmission within the testing system. On this basis, the standardstructure of test description, instrument description, UUT description, test stationdescription and test result description based on ATML standard is introduced.This article designs the test execution component, test instrument componentand integrated history management component based on HIT-TENA architecture,and gives a detailed description of each component’s demand, static structure anddynamic behavior using UML models. By loading ATML description file of testingsystem, test execution component generates test program, and describes the test progress using testgroups, actions, operations, and realize the common instructionformats such as sequence, skip, repeat and condition structure to support integrationtesting and fault diagnostics; test instrument component realizes the transformationof test resource from capability-oriented driver to signal-oriented driver, andachieves standard description of test instrument through test instrument descriptionfile, improving the interchangeability of instrument resources; integrated historymanagement component utilizes SQL Server2005database to achieve the testrecords, fault records, maintenance records and other information storage andmanagement; HIT-TENA Middleware service is used to realize remote testing,diagnostic capabilities and information sharing.Finally, this article builds the informationization automatic test system underthe environment of TENA-IDE, and verifies the software functions. Test resultsshow that the software has good reliability and universality, and meet therequirements of users very well.
